Lost Season 5 (Sunday, Sky1, 9PM)

Hi

I thought I would post this topic seeing as though Lost season 5 is now right on our doorsteps, basically just to discuss everything regarding season 5.

I can't wait and I have enjoyed every season so far. A lot of people I know gave up after season 2 or 3 because it got 'too stupid' apparently but I can't see how. The plot just gets better and better in my opinion and I like the way we get new questions being asked all the time.

I don't think it's as confusing as some people make out, but yes they do take seasons to answer some questions.

I agree with the part about it not being really confusing. I can never understand why people quit watching it or say they don't understand, if you follow the seasons the plot isn't really hard to grasp, there are questions but in general the show is easy to follow and undertand in my opinion.

There are no breaks in Lost this season, and wasn't the Superbowl about two or three weeks ago now?

Damn, there is really going to be a one week break? For what reason? There's no actual reason for them to take a break for one week now, it makes no sense and just annoys the fans eg. me.

Good stuff, sounds like there won't be a break after all. Btw, Hostile 17, wasn't that the name the Initiative gave Spike in season 4 of Buffy? I'm guessing that's where the name comes from?

They will most likely just class the Comic Con stuff as non-canon to the overall plot, as there's been a lot of talk about this subject on Lost forums.

Awesome episode, and now an 8 or 9 month wait for season 6

Didn't they used to start airing the next season in September during season 3 and 4? Like they showed the first 7 or 8 episodes from September up to December and then the rest from January/February to May/June (when the show used to have 24 episodes per season).
