LOST

Dunno about you guys, but i much prefer watching tv shows like this over a short period, i cant do the once a week over 20 weeks thing anymore.I tend to watch a complete series over 2 weeks, i watched the 1st series of 24 over 1 damn weekend! (yes i dont have a life!)

Please edit that, it's a spoiler as it hasn't been shown in the UK yet.
nono mate none of that is true afaik, its all this rumours that people start talkin about when discussing LOST.

that is one sole reason why i dont watch many tv shows due to the adverts, i always wait till they are out on DVD, A) so theres no ads, and B) so i can watch them all in quick succession:D

Haha quality :D

I've stuck with Lost. It gets slower after the rush of the first half of s1, but you get used to it. I think they managed to captivate all the adrenaline junkies with the first few episodes, now those people are upset there's no gunfights and/or explosions in every episode. Sorry, but we want to find out about the characters (and the island!) thanks. I'm happy to sit back and take some drama in if it all means something in the end. No offense meant to anyone, each to their own! :)

Anyone notice on last nights first episode repeat that some gruelly bits were edited out

A few things that stood out to me where - the bit where some guy gets sucked into the airplane engine and the bit where the pilot gets sucked out by that thing and blood gets everywhere.

Im going to carry on watching though

yeah i noticed that, disapointed as i missed bits of the pilot the first time round.

i presume that there gearing up for the next season with all the repeats. they are showing 1 episode every night so maybe its coming sooner than i thought :)

Are they putting the repeats for Lost on at weekends ?

If so the Starting date for series 2 will be something like 30th April or something like that

Is this the speculated date for it to air on terrestrial TV in the UK?

I just worked it out for myself, series 1 had 25 episodes the repeats started yesterday so I came up with 30th April has a rough date, maybe its not 30th April!!

Apparently Lost is going to be a 3 or 4 series show and all the answers will be revealed in a movie.

Good idea I think :)

You got a source for that? I've always heard the writers have enough for like 7 seasons.
