Lots of resyncs

My connection been fine up until about 30 minutes ago. I got booted from PSN, logged into the router to find it resyncing. Its resynced now about 4-5 times. I am on Be Internet and using a DG834GT with DGTeam CFW, its been solid as a rock synced between 19-20meg, its now synced at 13 and has fluctuated each time its synced. Is this a problem at Be's end or is my trusty Netgear failing?

Sometimes my GT needs a cold boot to sort out issues. A quick off and on switch is enough but you could try a minute if you think it'll help.

It could also be some noise on the line. Mine used to lose and regain sync, often at different speeds an did so for quite some time before I got BT to fix it.
 
I have given it a reboot. I'm just using the Be live chat to see if they can shed any light.
