Well after months and months of preparation the time is finally here. In a few hours I leave for Gatwick and then onto Morocco to take part in the Marathon des Sables - a 150 mile self sufficiency footrace. I'm scared and as nervous as hell but really looking forward to getting out there.
So I bid you all farewell for a couple of weeks and will hopefully post details and pics of my exploits unless I'm seen off by a scorpion or some such.
