Lotto Lout Documentary ?

Loved watching him get battered by Rhino of all people!

He didn't come across particularly well but then I don't think someone like that ever could.

As the programme quoted "you probably wouldn't be interested in him if he hadn't won the lottery"

I saw the advert of him having a destruction derby in his garden, I'd love to be able to do that :D
I don't think your neighbours would love it ;)

I didn't watch the documentary on Michael Carroll last night, but I did watch a similar one about him last year. From what I've seen he hasn't changed his ways, he's still a complete idiot and he still didn't deserve to win the lottery. Infact, he recently got nine months in prison for gatecrashing a concert and "threatening teenagers with a baseball bat." Why doesn't he just spend the money on moving to another country or something?

I think I'd be interested in a baseball wielding thug going to a Christian rock concert and seriously injuring 2 people there for no obvious reason.

The documentary obviously set out to paint him as a harmless moron, which it did pretty successfully until the bit right at the end when it explained what happened during the one year they had to delay the programme by. I regard him as a lower form of life than even Keith Allen.

I noticed he was drink driving whilst banger racing :D. Shame he had his seat belt on really lol :)

Yes watched it and also thought that the media has put him across in the wrong light.

I think the guy is a bit of a muppet, but he didnt seem to be what the papers made out.

But a question..... Was he like he was just because the whole documentary was about him not being a thug like the press made out, so was he on a kind of 'best behavior' thing, or do you think that is just the way he is and the papers are all wrong ?

I watched it. I had several thoughts while watching. The title sequence was unnecessary.. it was just the F word repeated over and over and even at that time of night.. just not right.

I also thought that the interviewer obviously thought he was much better than the lotto winner in the IQ stakes, which he undoubtedly was.. but talking down to the other chap isnt the way to go about it. It was just patronising really, which i dont like.

I also thought that the actual guy put on a different face for the cameras. He obviously wanted to get away from the image he created for the media, being the "King of Chavs", but swang so far the other way came across unrealistically sedate. I think he has actually lost his own identity in the middle of the money, and is now a creation of the modern media and society. If i was him, i would move away, far, and start a new life with financial security and change my ways.. finding who i am again.

At least he had bought some property so all is not lost.. but with a 9 million pound win.. he could be living off the interest easily..
