I moved my motherboard, which is B550m Ds3h Ac R2 into my new case Havan 360 flow. I put in 3 120mm fans to the top of the case. They are running very fast and loud. Sounds like a aircraft engine running. My fan speed at the moment is 1085 RPM. Is this normal, any ideas on how to reduce the speed and noise. Thanks

1085 is on the high side but not crazy. Depends on the specific fans.

Cleanest "set & forget" way is to go into your BIOS and there'll be fan speed control of some sort - I believe Gigabyte's is called SmartFan.
If you can, set the rear-most fan to be controlled by your CPU temp and the front two controlled by your GPU temp. You can specify these by selecting "Fan Control Use Temperature Input" and select CPU or GPU. You might not see GPU as an option in which case just use CPU. If you really want to control the fans based on GPU temperature you'd have to use some third party software (Fan Control or Argus Monitor are good ones).

Or just use one of the preset profiles like "Normal" or "Silent". They'll just use your CPU temp but at least you won't have to play with speed/temp curves.

I used one of the prescent profiles and changed it from Normal to Silent seen my RPM drop from 1085 to 692 RPM. The fans were I installed them to the top of the case 3 H12.
