Loud HDD, should I worry?

Hello all,

I've been panicking recently about the state of one of my Hard Drives, although I cant work out which one. For context, the 500GB is a Maxstor, bought in June 2008. The 1.5TB one is a Samsung, bought in Jan 2010. One of them has been getting louder it seems recently. These are the HD Tune benchmarks and health screens.

I know it's not an exact science with Hard Drives, but have I got anything to worry about?

Apart from the 1.5TB Samsung SMART data reporting a problem, it looks like the access times are unusually high.
I'd make sure you've got everything important backed up (on both drives!) and then run the manufacturer's diagnostic (now Seagate SeaTools).
