Just noticed this today, entered a new area in WoW, it seemed to make the fans speed up, then I get this horrible noise coming from the computer. Any ideas?

I just pushed down on the top of the desktop while it was vibrating and the noise stopped, this noise only seems to come when there is a lot of things on the screen. I'm not really sure what I should do here, it seems something is making contact with the case, but I have never opened up a pc in my life...

Just sounds like the fans are spinning more making it vibrate a bit, nothing I would be worried about exactly. You might want to have a look for any dust inside the case, specifically underneath any fans there. It can easily be gotten rid of with compressed air / tweezers :)

Could be VRM's
My system makes a sort of rattling sound when I clock the RAM high and CPU past 3.5 GHz. Electro magnetic forces can sound like a soft rapid clicking noise. But only when the system is under high load do I hear it.

Sounds like something isn't screwed down properly, my pc does this occasionally, I think the cd drive only has screws in one side.

Check all your drives are tight in on both sides and check the fans are tight as well.
