Love Film ????

Hey thier has anyone out thier been having any problems with love film lately, past while its takeing them ages to update my rental list after i have posted the disks back like 1 week ago!!!

Either its love film or the royal mail who do we trust ???

I quit my subscription a while ago, they still manage to mail me rubbish consistently. a lot of my other deliveries etc. seem to take longer nowadays though

Call of duty mw2 and 3 other dvds i rented never got to them even though i sent them back something funny going on thier!

I've had a couple of films go awol when i've sent them back but nothing really out of the ordinary (I rent 4 films per month) and not recently either.

Never got anything I wanted even during the free trial. Always goes back to your third or fourth choice.

Nothing has gone missing so far, seems to take a day longer than expected for the rental list to update that they've received them,

I did have a problem with the last batch they sent me though, they sent them (apparantly) on the 19th, I only got them on wednesday (24th), but I can well believe that's just royal mail being as useless as ever...

My Lovefilm DVD's are flying to me! I'm on the 2 at a time 3 month free trial and I usually get through 6 DVD's a week

Very slow for me. Disc turn around takes about 1 week. My list is full of non-blockbuster titles, so availabiity should not be a problem. It's been like this for 3 or 4 week now and it's starting to become quite tiresome.

Think I'm going to cancel mine as I can't think of anything to add to my list.

Plus you can't rent some of the big films, for example Inglourious ******** is only available to buy.

I used ones Love Film for 4 months, 3 for free though. I think i could live with this sort of rental idea but the worst thing is you never know which film or game you will receive. If I want to watch a certain film then this is what I want and not some other film from my list.

It's something to do with Universal, Lovefilm's supplier and themselves having a bit of an argument over prices. I'm assuming that Universal wants more money.
