Girls need a challenge as much as guys. I've spent my life growing up surrounded by women, and I can assure you 'nice guys' ends up being 'friends'.

I would definately text the girl, but only to say stuff like how you doing, what you up to. Wanna go out again etc. Dont get all wishy washy. And whatever you do dont start mentioning love! Save that for when you REALLY mean it. Otherwise it just cheapens it.

Nail on the head. Being nice gets you know where, from my experience. I think its just finding an equal balance, not being an arse to her and not being a soppy love dog. It takes time but with practice im sure it will happen. I'm still learning and enjoying so. Stay safe!

Just text her saying that you had to watch all your 40gigs worth of pr0n to just stop thinking about her and make you tired enough to sleep. Failing that, just start texting her and try and get her to think about pr0n and then she won't be able to sleep. This way you get your own back.
