As im watching my weight at the moment, im looking for some low cal snacks that dont taste like cardboard or my toilet.

So far:

Kit Kat ~100 Calories
Blue Riband Bar 101 Calories
Cadburys Brunch Bars ~150 cals
Ryvita Minis 101 calories
Kettle Csips Baked 99 Cals
Snack a Jacks ~120 cals

Any other suggestions for things that arent fruit and are still low cal?

walkers french fries 98 if i remember
Beef jerky from tesco's somewhere around 50 a pack (99p)

Or best snacks.
Canned fruit in own juice,

I like pineapple or peach variety.
oK is fruit but has a far better taste and texture to fresh fruit.

Any type of fruit, some veg (carrots etc), natural yogurts etc.

yeh forgot that one low fat natural Greek yoghurt with just a touch of artificial sweetener or if you can spear the calories some natural honey.. yummi.

Obviously eat as much fresh fruit and veg as you can if you're eating healthily but...

Quavers are only 87 cals.

Fruit in it's own juice as AcidHell2 suggested, pineapple is my favourite.

Frozen fresh fruit is good too, I recommend grapes although works with any berry.

Laughing Cow Light Cheese wedges are only 35 cals each so you can have that with rice cakes etc to liven them up.

I'll think of more later.... :)

Chop an apple into your Greek yoghurt and honey with a hobnob flapjack sprinkled over the top and now you're talking :) it's pretty good on the cals also.

Sounds great, I like the slightly bitter taste of just plain yoghurt but hardly ever have it, no idea why as it's so cheap.

carrot, cauliflower, peppers or any other raw veg you like with a low cal dressing to dip it in I recommend, mustard and honey or cessar/ranch dressing

Yeah - i agree with yoghurt and fruit/biscuit (Thumbs up for ginger nuts)

Really looking for things I can eat at work, so need to come pre packaged

In the crisps line, Hula Hoops and Squares are also Pretty good too.

I drink enough water already thanks, (not from my toilet!!) - but i need f00d too
