OK, so it's rather hard to figure too much out from benchmarks :)
I'm currently running a 3870 512mb, which is getting just a little slow in some places (BF3 looking and running like carp was what pushed things over the edge). I'm considering an upgrade in the ~£60-70 pricepoint, but I'm finding it rather hard to find a decent comparison with what I have at present. (Reviews are comparing with the higher end stuff, not older kit really & 3DMark scores aren't really what I'm after)
Basically something like a 6670 or a 6750 is where I'm looking.

Anyone with any insight into the likely relativistic performance of something like this would be appreciated.
The rest of my system is:
Core2Quad Q8500
P5N-E Sli motherboard
4gb OCZ SoUE memory
Vertex 3 60gb
Velociraptor 160gb
Assorted other HDDs etc :)

Depends :)
Proabably new as I *need* a PSU and some other bits for something else and I need these reasonably fast now, but the right 2nd hand card would probably be considered.
At this point the difference isn't much more than a tenner either, which will probably pay for itself if ordered with the other bits.

The 6670 DDR5 version is only slightly better than the 3870 so don't get that. I second the 6850 as it's the best card you'll get for that price and a massive step up from the 3870.
