Low FPS

I have had my rig for years now, recently I tried to O/C my CPU and it kept crashing so decided to put it back to a standard motherboard overclock.

Not sure if any of this is related but when I 'fresh' boot my PC and join a game, Ill get like 40 FPS rather than 200 in CS go for example. This is resolved by resetting my PC. Anyone know why it is doing this?

its almost like your SLI config is not enabling on first boot?

I dont have SLI anymore, just one 680.

Might be worth putting your current specs and stuff in here then so we know where to start...

XFX 750w PRO PSU

First boot of the day, boots fine, but terrible FPS in game. Once I do a reset its fine for the rest of the day.

What version of GFX drivers you on?

have you tried a clean install of drivers for at least the GFX card?
