Low GPU usage

Hi, so i have been having FPS issue in games, i have monitored my cpu temps they are at 45-50% and the CPU usage is aroung 45-55%. But i have notice that the GPU usage is low, could that be an issue of the fps drops in the games as the GPU isn't contributing? this videos is recorded as i play valorant with drops drops from 180-100. could it be bottleneck? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c31zTHqFess&ab_channel=Ksibit

It looks like Valorant has a heavy requirement for single thread performance and may be held back by this. For example one core at 100% in a quad core CPU would register 25% of your overall CPU usage. You can check this in Task Manager using the multi core graph.

Being reasonably old, the 4770k may not offer the best performance per core. What clock speed are you running it at? The good news is that the 4770k has an awful lot of overclocking potential from stock. It's not uncommon to see 4.6-4.8GHz from a good setup, which is around 25% increase.
