I have had a 4850 since tuesday and wasn't to impressed from the get go. My previous card was a 3870 and was at stock it seems to be almost exactly the same.
I recorded a benchmark on FRAPS on the map broadcast on COD4 with all the eye candy and 4xAA and the AF bar up to full. 30 ping and a empty server.
Results were Frames: 4199 - Time: 60000ms - Avg: 69.983 - Min: 52 - Max: 114
Now i have just wiped the HotFix drivers and i am now using the 8.7 Beta's

Frames: 7080 - Time: 71830ms - Avg: 98.566 - Min: 15 - Max: 134 Can't remember what the level was called but a massive improvement problem solved i think

Frames: 8553 - Time: 72829ms - Avg: 117.439 - Min: 87 - Max: 238 just over clocked it to 690mhz GPU and 1172 mhz Memory and it is just as stable and freaking awsome card. Love hate relationship with the card
Thanks Kane
