That's single slot, not low profile.

There are GTS450 low profile cards, even a HD6850 if you can expand to a worldwide search.

that's full height and double slot.

low profile is not as high as a normal card. they can have active coolers.

Comparison for you:

GT520 = 96 shaders, 4 Rops, 64bit DDR3 (forget about gaming on this card)
GTS450 = 192 shaders, 16 Rops, 128bit GDDR5
HD6850 = 960 shaders, 32 Rops, 256bit GDDR5 (AMD shaders count differently to Nvidia, but this card is the fastest)

Low profile usually means half height bracket, to fit into small cases.
