Low profile cpu cooler socket 775

Seems to be well reviewed, it's one of the quieter and cooler low profile offerings and price wise isn't hugely expensive. I've seen it mentioned that you might need low profile RAM with this cooler on some boards although can't find any info relating directly to your Asus P5B, just something to keep in mind.

Much cheaper option which seems to have reasonable performance although will most likely run hotter and louder, can't quiet tell how large the difference between the 2 because the reviews I read compared different CPUs. Also seen it mentioned that space might be an issue but I think that could be the case with many low profile coolers, perhaps someone with more experience could chime in.
 
775 accessories are not too common these days, but we really need to know more details of what your system is to be able to give informed suggestions; case, mobo, ram would be a good start.
