Low profile Eyefinity?

Morning all, just wondering if anyone knows of a low profile card which supports Eyefinity and has three digital connections on? There don't seem to be any that I can find in the 5400/5500 ranges, they all have a VGA port on them. Any tips?
 
They're just 1920x1080 23"ers. It doesn't have to be digital, strictly, but I don't want to buy a card with a VGA connection in 2010.
