177 including fitting he means i think
It's quite low to begin with. Certainly not as bad as stock Ford cars.
I'll be changing to either Koni Adjustables or Gaz coilovers in the future though.
my car is crying out to be lowered but i fear with just springs i will kill the shocks as it needs to go at least 50mm and i cant afford new shocks/dampers/coilovers![]()
If I ever change my shocks to GMAX or whatever else(thats uprated, not the standard VX ones) at a later date will the car sit even lower?
my shocks have done 137k and im on lowering springs, go over bumpy crappy roads everydaythey likely to last much longer?

in an hour, wow lol
took me and my mate 6 hours on my mondeo, but we had no air tools to compress the springs, and mondys are very hard to work on compared to other cars..
no mk3 mondeos are hard to work on
the shockers and mouted to the wheel hub or whatever its called in a gay way, they take ages to get out,
we didn't have a ball joint splitter either so they were hard to take out
without using a air impatch gun you gotta compress the springs with a ratchet that takes ages
