i think thats the term, looking for 120mm that arent 25mm thick but are still silent and goooood.

Unfortunately the device you seek does not exist. The only manufacturers of 120mm fans below 25mm depth are people like Sunon and they don't care about noise for the application they make them for. Heck, it's hard enough finding a 25mm thick quiet fan. Sorry.

Most 120mm fans are 25mm thick. This includes noctua and coolink ones. Ive just measured them .

Hard to come by thinner than 25mm though.

How thin are we talking? Yate loon do a couple of 120x120x20mm fans D12SL-12C and D12SM-12C. If you could go with a slightly smaller fan but i'm not sure if you can get hold of them seperate, the fan on top of the Scythe Shuriken cpu cooler thats a 100x100x12mm fan. which might be something to look out for.
