If you've seen the directors cut with it's extra "grooming" scenes and realise she's the sexual predator not him (he refuses her advances) it's even more disturbing :eek:

Lucy - I think Luc Beeson creates some of the more powerful women characters in modern cinema and I really enjoy films like The Fifth Element, Nikita and Leon compared to his other dross so I'm hoping Lucy will be one of his better films!

johansson is just perfect

will get a watch just for that... but also seen some great reviews. plus 'her' and 'under the skin' are probably the two best new films ive seen this year with her putting in solid performances in both

I tried to watch under the skin 3 times now. I can't get pass the first 30mins !

I'm really hoping they have a way of explain away that, since my personality will not let me overlook it. I can see it ruining the film for me. If it's a glimpse into the intelligence of the writers then this could be a crap film.

It is true. People assume when you say you only use 10% of your brain you mean intelligence. But what about memory. There is spare capacity.

Back on topic. Looks like a excellent film.

No it's not it's absolute toss. We don't work the same as a computer with a hard drive!

Brain scans have shown that no matter what we're doing, our brains are always active. Some areas are more active at any one time than others, but unless we have brain damage, there is no one part of the brain that is absolutely not functioning.
