Yes my 950 XL arrived yesterday when expected delivery was tomorrow

First impressions are OK - no big change from my 930 as I have been running Insider previews so I'm used to WP10. Screen obviously bigger and good quality.

I changed the back to a Mozo one which really lifts the look of the phone. What I can't get used to is how light it is - I mean it's really light. It feels lighter than the 930 and yet it's larger with QI built-in.

So far pleased with it but not overly so.

Anyone have an XL yet?

Not quite yet - just ordered one online through Microsoft/Carphone warehouse with a fresh contract.

Unfortunately, Three confirmed to me there were not getting the 950 or the 950XL, so I had to hop over to O2.

Not the ideal solution, but I also didn't fancy forking out £500+ for it when I'm on a rolling contract right now anyway.

Sigh, did you ring Argos or the suppliers ? I'm ringing the guy at the supplies who I spoke to on Friday after lunch.

Edit: Supplies just told be they should be able to ship them today so people get them tomorrow. Argos should be updating people again with the current status and if this changes due to other delays.

I knew it was wasted effort but I spoke with Argos, and as expected they were as much use as a fart in a spacesuit.

I've got my Jolla, so I'm not without a phone it's Just annoying getting the run about.

Did ring them up and the receptionist sounded fed up so I don't think I was the first. She put me though to two people both not at their desks..

Now available on the John Lewis website. I've cancelled my Amazon order (who now quote a Saturday 12th delivery) to get JL's 2 year warranty service, but with a delivery within 14 days timescale. Heh ho.

Yeh there has been a delay with them getting stock (think someone mentioned it on here, and it didn't just effect Argos). The issue I have is not with them but Argos. According to Exteris they have been informing Argos about the stock delays etc but for what ever reason Argos are not forwarding the information on to the customers or if they have its been wrong like that text I had. That and when you ring up Argos they cant tell you anything. I was lucky that the women I spoke to was able to give me the suppliers name so I could track down a contact number and chase it up my self. Something I should never have to do.

Be like me ringing them up about something I've ordered of here, as you guys couldn't tell me whether or not the order has even been processed and the items exist.

Anyone got/ordered a mozo cover yet? Should transform the look and feel off it. Love the metal look with leather.

Back on the phone to Argos, four transfers so far. Second person told me it was a 2-man delivery, I said "hardly, it's a mobile phone ffs" then he transferred me, currently back in the queue.
