As long as I want, whenever I want. Although this usually means I just eat my food quick and get back to work, so I can get home quicker.

Get 1x hour and 2x 30 min breaks, then 10-15 minutes between each simulator run (2 every 90 mins) in an 8 hour day.

Two 30 minute breaks and 90 minutes for lunch

I usually browse the net or play on the xbox/watch a programme.

Sometimes I even have a sleep.

30 minutes unpaid, either meet people at the canteen or surf the net with my phone. No other breaks as such, but you'll allowed to make coffee and smokers can have smoking breaks etc.

30 Mins (paid) if i do 7 hour shift,if we do overtime 9.5-10 hour shift we should get extra 15 min but we never seem to have it.

As for what do i do during my break,Just chill and read the paper (Metro) OR play around on my Smartphone...dont bother eating anything as i have my brekky when i get in.

They wanted us to change it,and have 1 hour unpaid break but we all said a big NO! lol.

I get an hour for lunch, though I'd rather have 30 minutes and finish a half-hour earlier.
Depending on work, I sometimes wander out to a cafe for a bite to eat or else bring something back and munch at my desk, in which case I'm inevitably interrupted and end up cutting my break short.

Officially, 30mins unpaid. But I usually just go and get something to eat and bring it back to my desk. However no one is counting.

9 Hour shift, 1 hour break and a 30 min break

I'm always driving all over the place as a rep, so I don't officially get a break but I just grab something and eat in the car usually. I guess I could take an hour, but i'd just get home an hour later...

i do 12 hour shifts (3days 2nts on then 5 off

),we get half an hour every 2 hours ,big plasma to watch ,plus they have a small library and even a massage chair

Jealous. I get 30 mins in a 8 hour shift, 0630-1430, usually around 1030-1100. It used to be paid but isn't any more.

Stood up the whole time at work too in a shop/Post Office.
