I have a tuf gaming b660-plus wifi d4 board and i have put my m.2 sata drive into all three slots but there not showing up in bios or device manager. ive been told that my sata slots will stop working when i use them but thats fine. How do i enable them .TiA

The manual does not say that the M.2 slots support SATA; only PCIe is mentioned. If SATA isn't stated as supported then it's almost certain that it isn't.
M.2 SATA is pretty well dead now as NVMe is cheaper, faster and doesn't kill the SATA ports.
Would i be better getting nvme's then cloning them and would the work straight away or need setting up

:D I wanted the model number of the M.2 drive. The reason I ask is because SATA M.2 drives are very rare now and I wanted to check it really is a SATA drive.
Its a oricalOm-350-128. 128gb m.2 sata 2280 ssd tlc. it has 2 cut outs on the connection end. Sorry if i dont explain myself properly at 72 this is all new to me but im getting there :)

Is that the actual model number from the drive? Google isn't showing anything useful when I search for "oricalOm-350-128".

Perhaps you could take a photo of the drive, ensuring that the text on the drive can be easily read.
