M.2 using Pci-e Adapter Problems

The low down.

My mobo is a Asus Z79p. My pci-e Adapter in in the port below my Gpu (i believe this is the 4x)

The m.2 drive shows up within my bios but it is not available in windows.

I cant work it out. HELP ME! PLEEEEASE!

Update. .... It is in device manager. But not in my pc as a disk drive.
