M.2 Would I notice the difference between EVO, Crucual, WD?

I have a 128GB M.2 Drive which is small but have been getting by. WIth all teh OS bloat it's filling up.

I notice that there are WD BLue, Crucual P2 and Samsung EVO.

The EVO is double the price for 500GB.

Given they are already so fast inherently would you notice the difference for an OS drive?
