M-Audio Headphone Amp sound issues help please

OK so I got myself an M-Audio Bass Traveler to use with my laptop and headphones , it was working fine last night and earlier today but for some reason I'm now only getting sound from the left side only no sound at all from the right side, its not my headphones or laptop, as when i take the bass traveler away the sound is as it should be , so I'm a bit lost as to do I bin it , get my money back or get another unit ?...or is it a common fault with these units ?

Obvious question first, Is the jack fully inserting, has it slipped out slightly from yesterday ?

Yeah its in fully, I have even tried other leads I have , but its the same issue

On both headphone outputs, it has 2 if i'm looking at the correct model ?

Not that it matters much, 1 faulty jack input is enough reason to send back

Does the 'Boost' make any difference to the issue ?

Yeah 2 headphone outputs, and yeah its going back , I'll have to phone on Monday .
