i was just wondering what m itx psu options there are? im looking or something to power an i5 with a decent gpu..

First thing is I'm not sure if you're allowed to link to the bay.

That case has a built in PSU, which is probably not replaceable. A pico PSU would fit, but you can't get them with enough power for your needs. For a high powered mini ITX system you need a better case with enough room to fit your own PSU.
