M$ Keyboard fail

I have a M$ keybaord and spilt water on it weeks ago, worst thing is it was a new keyboard and somehow just a few of the keys are not working (rtfzxcv) and everythign else is fine, I opened it up and seen no signs of dampness or anything else, is there anything I can do to repair it?
The plastic Key sheets inside that have the copper contacts etc are bone dry, how does water even effect plastic in the first place

No mate, that's not the keyboard failing. That's the guy who spilled water on it failing.

Hard water or soft? Sparkling or still? Were you bright enough to immediately unplug it and leave it upside down in a warm place for several days?

TBH if they keyboard is still not working by now, I'll doubt it'll work anytime soon. How long ago did you buy it? Maybe you could take it back and claim it's faulty?

How is it the keyboard that's 'fail'? It's not designed for someone to chuck a glass of water in it.

It's probably too late now - put it down to experience and buy another.
