M2 Adapter required for fault finding..

My Crucial M500 480gb M2 has died and I would like to attempt updating the firmware before replacing the drive and writing it off completely.

Does anyone have an M2 adapter they would kindly let me borrow?

SATA, PCIE or USB form welcome!
