You be better off getting one of those PCI-E SSD cards. Now that is ripping performance.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but don't those suffer from the same performance degradation because they lack TRIM support?

personally id get the raid. as trim with raid is due soon, also if you look in the ssd raid packs section the 2 128gb drives are nearly 20 quid cheaper than single drive, well on over clockers anyway.
