M4 Crashed, OK to continue?

My Crucial 256gb M4 (000F) when using windows locked up, and would not successfully reboot without a BSOD.

I managed to copy a few files from the disk via a USB enclosure, but some files have file errors and are not accessible.

My question is : Based on the stats from Crystal, can I wipe the disk and reinstall everything or has it failed and it needs replacing?

looks more like a windows issue than a hard drive issue if its saying the drive is 100% fine

I was under the impression the raw values had some information.

Compared to my other Crucial SSD, the working one has less raw value errors:

For example the "bad" one has a value for BB Reported Uncorrectable Errors?
