M4 SSD running slow on 0009 firmware

Ive run AS SSD benchmark and my M4 is only reading at 420 and writing at 200. I thought they were supposed to be reading at over 500, is there something i need to do that ive overlooked?
I have an i5 cpu, gigabyte ga-z68ap-d3 mobo, and corsair ddr3 ram

Yes, im getting a read of 520 and a write of 200
