M4A785TD Cpu fan control ?

on my p5kc there is a fan control of silent optimal and performance, obviously no mobo/bios is same but i would think fan control is a common trait in all...

yet this motherboard doesnt appear to have one. made the build for girlfriend and it is rather noisy !

am i missing something?

Should adjust accordingly to temperature, don't think you can stuck it. Not without a fan controller sorry : ).

Have you enabled Smart Q-FAN Function in the power menu in the bios?

yeah i have enabled that. set it to kick in at 25c with the lowest voltage of 4.0v and have it to do full speed at 52c +
yet it is still very noisie.... think i have a spare zalman control about.
