Not sure if anyone's tried this or has other software to do this, but one of my Mac owning friends wondered if you could stream stuff from the Mac to a PS3 without using XP/Vista on boot camp, i just found this for him. Not sure how good or what the free trial is like, but i thought some of you have macs and PS3 it may be useful.
