Yes, if it has PCI expansion slots.

So all USB devices come with OSX drivers?
Every USB device I've ever plugged into a Mac had been recognized flawlessly, including funky digital camcorders.

I watched the ads whilst I was in Seattle last week.

Most of them had been on the TV but the girl I was staying with pointed out that they were available on apple.com so we went to lookon her Macbook Pro and the thing crashed at the end of the 'rebooting' ad.

Nice ads...but..."everything just works with a mac".

Yeah riiiiight.
Yep, it sure does, my Mac has recognised EVERY scaner, printer (including all-in-ones), phone, camera, USB memory stick, USB software dongle I have ever plugged into it. You do just, simply, plug it in and it works. :)

just 'cause its recognised everything you've put into it doesn't mean it'll recognise everything, tbh im pretty sure theres stuff out there that will only have windows drivers etc (especially maybe the really really old stuff?)

Of course there is. But for the majority of people, everything will just 'work' with a Mac. Whereas with a Windows machine you'll have to spend a while installing things :)

Maybe true but I haven't come across it yet.
