Macbook Fan Noise

Just wonder if your unibody macbook fans are quiet at default 2000rpm? I think mine were super quiet when I brought it but after using it for over a month there is this audible annoying low hum from the fans

I have a SSD drive so i know its not the drive, not sure if I should take it to be looked at.

mine mpb is about 2weeks now and i can just about hear it at 2000rpm when it is quiet, slowly getting louder but i think if they get a lot worce a good clean out will do the trick.

I opened it up to take a look and it seems the right fan (the closest to the ports is the noisy one, the one of the right is extremely quiet and I don't hear it until it push it to 2500+ rpm. I'm going to see if they will replace the left fan.

btw I managed to make a light scratch when put the screws back on

next time I must remember to put some masking tape on. Its been disfigured.

There are a few fan controllers which you can download to set the base fan speed and then the lower thresh hold temp to which the fan will start to increase once it has increased. I have it set to a base 2500 and a lower thresh hold of 50 c, and for me it is not noticeable as I normally have quite a bit of background noise.
