Machine Doesnt Turn On

Hi.. I have my friends machine it powers up but just nothing comes on the monitor the monitor just stays on stand-by. And i have tried another monitor. Its plugged into the GPU. He said this problem occured out of the blue. Everythings plugged into all the appropiate places. Any suggestions??

Ive tried on the onboard vga but still nothing. I cant reset the bios because it just doesnt come up on the monitor.. But im going to try all your other suggestions now thanks.

i take it its a beep before it starts up?? if so then im not getting that.

wel the machine powers up all the fans and keyboard so im gathering its not the fuse?

No Lights and No sounds

But there is a speaker. the hard drive doesnt seem to be doing anything but i plugged it into mine and it seems to fine..

yes the speaker is plugged into the motherboard and my mate said he used to get the post beep. Ive tried all different cables, unconnected everything and connected it all back together. I taken the g/c out and used the onboard but nothing im going to take out the cpu and put it back in to see what happens. I think it mite just be buggered grrrr.
