Chill dude maybe if you let us know what you've tried rather than just "...the PC turns on but nothing displays on the monitor..." Two things I'd try first is:
1. test with another monitor
2. test with another Graphics card
If you're going to get all sarcastic when people offer you help on what was a really poorly explained problem, then screw you! Figure it out yourself.

ye ive tried with another monitor. if it was the gpu if i took that out and tried it on the mobo output would it then work if the problem was the gpu?

If your Motherboard has onboard graphics then yes. If it still doesn't work there maybe a problem with the motherboard
