Bought some of these (in a tin) the other week and still not had them, I need some ideas on what I can do with them.

I have plain and peppered wood smoked fillets.

Thanks. :)

No idea if this will work (please let someone confirm it might taste nice)

Ciabatta (spelt it wrong but blah) bake and then cut into slices, add a touch of olive oil and rub on garlic then put in the oven to crisp.

Get the mackerel and put it into a bowl with-

Mayo
Capers
Vinigear (a touch)
Mustard
Salt
Pepper
Parsley/Chives

As said, mashed onto buttered toast and grilled til hot is best. They can be chopped up in a salad or sautéed with onion, mushrooms and garlic and eaten with pasta.

Better to be judged by 12, than carried by 6

You know when I asked you about this the other day I thought I'd managed to work it out just after I asked (it was the carried by 6 thing that had me wondering) but when I worked it out I thought it was advice saying that it's better to surrender and be judged in a no win situation than going down fighting, didn't have time to say all that the other day but I thought it was mad how we could look at the same thing and see totally diffrent things in it.
