Macromedia Flash Player Problem

My problem is i need to get onto the "Total War" site to download the Alexander addon pack.I get to the front page & it says i need to install flash player & have java enabled.So i then click on the link to download flash player click the install button & it says flash played installed.I then reboot & go back to the site & it still says that i need flash player? I can't even find flash player in "add or remove programs".I first thought that i had disabled flash player in "spyware blaster" but it's not?

Anybody have any ideas?

I went on the site, went to buy online and picked the Alexander option. The link to buy online was http://b.trymedia.com/b/segaeu/nt_pkg542/segaeu/Rome_TotalWar_Alexander

I know it doesn't help you with why the flash player is being a pain, but it should allow you to buy the game.
