Was all set to get madden on thursday for 360 and it been put back until 8/09 what a bummer, oh well gonna get lots of games that day

Yeah most places have the release data as the 8th now. Shame, I wanted to get it before I went back to uni.

Ive been waiting all month for this to come out and we've been shafted again? Would it be possible to import the American version and play it here?

Rang EA again today, just to make sure..

Spoke to Chris in Support and asked him to confirm the release date for the Xbox 360 version of Madden 07.... Actually I repeated 360 version so much, he probably thought I was mad.. lol

He went away and checked and confirmed that the shipping date for the 360 version is today (18th) and that it would be out in the shops by next friday (25th).. He seemed genuinely bemused that the online retailers were saying the 8th Sept.. Spoke to my local gamestation as well, and they are still under the impression that they're getting it next week as well..

So christ knows whats happening.... Seems like a conspiracy to me.. lol

Surely they wont bring it out on the 8th as well? It makes no sence as it is that 3 big games which most 360 owners would be interested in getting are out in a 7 day period already after a long drought.

1st Saints Row
8th Dead Rising
8th Test Drive Unlimited

EA would be a bit stupid to go against those 3 as Maddens not gonna be a big seller over here anyway but wont sell hardly any if it comes out then!

went into game and they said its the 25th, but game online say 8th, I hope we dont get shafted, what reason do EA have to delay the 360 version as all the other versions are out on the 25th, oh wait I know perhaps its a conspiracy so people will buy the EA game instead of dead rising and saints row etc.

I've seen a demo of Madden running when I was in the US, the game looks really good, I'm looking forward to playing this.

No I think that whole Quaterback vision thing wasnt that hot...really made the passing game a complete pain in the backside

Hope '07 is still this weekend, been looking forward to this for a while now...although mine will only be the basic X-box version...I still havent got a 360 & I really want to get this for the Wii when it's released

The regular xbox version is set for release on the 25th pretty much everywhere.

I see the demo for the 360 is on live now, downloading it before deciding whether to plump for it or not, theres too many new games coming out at the mo.
