Sheesh, where to start. Ok so I work for an agency, I am 23 years old and this is my third job. My first job I worked for my dad scaffolding (felt at home) got made redundant I then went to work for my City Council for a year (temp) and I won apprentince of the year. Now I am on to this job and well, I have made a terrible error of judgement. This job was going well (It is only temp and should be over in a couple months if not less) untill a close friend at work, we started getting a little close, too close. Things got exciting and we started having a fling.
The fling was going well, we was getting togeather at lunch, we went round hers we had sex and we came back, fun lunch times. Till only day, she found a bump in her car and it had to go off to the menders to get fixed, it took a week and its the week where we made an error! We was getting fustraited that we couldn't kiss or hold each other so we decided to go in works toilet (we didn't do anything naughty) it was just holding and hugging and kissing. This went on everyday for that week, and we really enjoyed it. Now let me just get one thing straight, our workplace is no stranger to close relationships, we have a daughter and mother who work togeather and heck even my bosses husband works there with her.
Long story short, people have caught on to us, we was trying to be secrtive, even though we knew we wasn't doing anything wrong at first, being togeather going out for lunch etc, untill we started in the workplace as I mentioined above, now its a different story. People have caught on to me and her, always away from our desks at the same time, seen driving togeather and even seen the odd hicky on both our necks (I know, big mistake things get carried away in the bedroom!) and now its gotten to the point where they THINK (They don't know) that we have also been doing it at work, so they have been discreetly keeping an eye on us, a close friend of mine who works with me has told me this.
You'd think theres no problem here, just deney everything and continue on as normal right? Wrong. We have instant messenger at work, its called Office Communcator 2007, and we have been all lovey dovey on that, talking about what we do at hers, and even what we do at work. This is where our trail will eventually (if on the very high chance they keeps chat logs) and its here that could very well get us sacked. Now I don't know what to do! I don't know weather to come clean to my agency worker tell her that iv made this mistake, im only young and Iv learned not to do this now etc.. or go to my manager and tell him what iv done, which could cost me my job and hers (who works there full time, has done for 15+ years)
I dunno what to do guys, I need as much help and advice as possible, truth is this was a stupid thing of me to do and I have learned from it and I will never do it again, but right now I need to know how im gonna deal with it. Any ideas?

EDIT: Making it aware that I admit this message was rushed, and yes I could reword the whole thing and fix the mistakes but its here now and conversations as such with other forum members have commenced, so I don't feel its necessary.
