Don't try turning the fan down below 40%... even with a modified fan profile I don't reccomend it tho you may get away with it on idle.
 
Just download MSI after burner, and see the other users setting. On the same sort of graphics card that you have bought, I'm more than happy to give you some settings for that graphics card.
