Magistrates Court records can I get a copy and how?

An obvious place to ask such a question

I know the case and the outcome but can I obtain the details of what was said? (are such details kept).. From my arm chair experience of TV programs a woman (usually wearing glasses) types out what's being said...

I tried upgrading the ram and overclocking the court but it did not work...

Tl;dr - They probably won't exist from a Magistrate's court.

It was also referred to Crown Court for sentensing so I might be lucky...

phone up and dont be a ***** and they're fairly helpful.

seems people at courts are pleasantly surprised to talk to someone who isn't a ****.

They don't keep verbatim notes or record the hearings in the Magistrates' Court so no transcript will be available. The best you could get would be a copy of the Clerk's notes, but I wouldn't have thought they'd be made available to you, if even retained.
