It's time to replace some of our kit and weighing up costs, we should probably consider some cloudage.
Is anyone out there offering two 9s or better for Exchange hosting? Ideally looking for HTTPS/RPC coverage with webmail and support for public folders.

Did MS dump public folders yet? :p

Microsoft have dumped public folders in hosted exchange 2010 (we're a hosted exchange provider and not all of our customers wanted to move from hosted exchange 2007 to 2010 for this reason)

If you do sign up with a hosted provider, it may be worth clarifying their position moving forwards - i.e. if they put on you hosted exchange 2007 now, will they force you to move onto hosted exchange 2010 in the future losing public folders in the process?

I work for Cobweb which is also a Hosted Exchange provider.

Hosted Exchange 2010 is using the /hosting switch which means, as you say, no PF support. For some customers this is a non issue, for others it's a killer.

We are investigating options to have Exchange 2010 with PF support in a multi-tenanted/hosting environment.

Our current 2010 offering does not support them but that's not to say we won't have anything in the near future.
