Steam's New Stats Page Reveals Huge Number Of Refund Requests


Not exactly on topic but Steam related and I don't want to open a thread for it
so I hope you don't mind me putting it here.

"As of late, Steam has seen about 75,000 support requests per day, the majority of which are for refunds."

Lets wait and see if it is just more hot air regarding quality of support or if they implement meaningful changes.

Support has always there Achilles heel since they launched Steam. It is as though they did not expect incremental support requests based on how popular Steam became.
