making an image to use on identical laptops

just took ownership of 35 identical dell laptops, i want to build one up and install AV software and windows updates then make an image and burn to DVD to install on the remaining 34.... sounds simple but is it? any software recommendation? i don't mind buying something but would prefer shareware. i will be selling all 35 so none have to be syspreped for 'same network' use.

ideas welcome guys?

Clonezilla and an external hard disk will do that job quite easily. I wouldn't bother messing around with DVDs.

Norton Ghost can do that, not 100% sure how that'll work with the different Windows keys but I'm sure someone can tell you on here.

Clonezilla will do that, although I prefer Acronis True Image (use the bootable component).

Install without the product key (unless you have a VLK). Configure. Use Acronis/Clonezilla to make an image to an external hard drive. Insert product key on images machine, done.

can i make the clonezilla image onto dvd? that was i can do a few at once, i presume i build up one pc and then do all the tweaks and updates then install clonezilla? just downloading it now
