Re Fanless Seasonic. Just get either the Seasonic X Gold, or X Platinum, they have hybrid fan's and you won't hear the fans on them. Under normal windows usage the PSU's are dead silent, when pushed the PSU fans will activate but still far quieter then any graphics card fans. When running an R9 290, I had to put my hand over X 650 exhaust fan to check fan had become active, as impossible to hear over graphics card fans.
