I used to work somewhere where not only did people make their own drinks, but brought in there own cups, tea bags, coffee, sugar and milk. The fridge would have 30+ open 1 pint milk cartons, and everyone had their own little jar of coffee or tea bags on their desk.
I would make a round for those in my team, but would have to wait for everyone to get their coffee out and put a spoonful in the mug, take it to the kitchen and then make sure I used each individual persons milk.
